Internet and wi-fi

Wi-fi is free throughout the airport.

If you use an EU country sim card, you can call and use data in the UK at the same prices as in your home country, even though the UK is no longer a member of the EU.

Otherwise, get a data e-sim quickly and easily on the airalo.com.

Restaurants and shops

In the departure lounge, passengers can enjoy a cosy café with a fairly wide range of sandwiches, salads, sweets, coffee and drinks.

Prices in the café are as normal as anywhere else in the UK and you can pay by card.

You won't find any other shops in the terminal.

Travelling with dogs

Both the airport and the airline operating flights to the Isles of Scilly are pet friendly.

You can walk your dog on a leash around the terminal and walk him or her to the plane, which has a special pet crate inside.

Security check

There is no security check at the airport. You will only need your ID or passport to check in for your flight.

Safety instructions, which are usually given by the cabin crew, are shown on a screen at the departure gate.
