Internet and wi-fi

You can use free wifi in all terminals, but it's only available after security check. Connect to the "Infinitum" network.

Luggage storage

Luggage lockers can be found in the public area of Terminal 1 and 2. Operating hours are 24/7 and you can pay for a full day's storage at 120 mxn. You can only pay in cash.

  • Terminal 1 - Hall E2, 1st floor
  • Terminal 2 - 2nd floor between gates 3 and 4

Shops and supermarkets

Both terminals are well stocked with duty free shops, luxury fashion, accessories and travel gear. There are many newsagents selling printed materials, drinks and sweets.

A large number of shops remain open 24/7.

Travellers often look for grocery stores to buy cheap and quick snacks before their flight or on the way to their hotel upon arrival.

In both terminals, you will find 7 Eleven, Oxxo, Circle K and Chilim Balam minimarkets in many locations in the public and transit areas. All branches are open 24/7.

Pharmacies combined with drug stores are also useful.

Restaurants

Benito Juárez Airport is very well equipped with restaurants, bars and cafés of all kinds.

Cheap and fast food can be found in both the public and transit areas of both terminals. More than half of all restaurants are open 24/7.

There are canteens with local cuisine, Starbucks cafes and international fast food outlets such as Sbarro, Subway and McDonald's.

Drinking water

There are no drinking water fountains in any MEX terminal. However, even after security screening, you can buy cheap bottled water at several 7 Eleven, Oxxo or Circle K minimarkets in both terminals.

Showers

Public showers are not available at MEX. Showers are located only in the premium class lounges.
