Madrid-Barajas Adolfo Suárez Airport in a nutshell

Madrid

Adolfo Suarez Airport is located in Barajas, about 20 km from central Madrid. It is one of the largest airports in the world and is known for the interesting architectural design of Terminal 4, designed by Santiago Calatrava, which is one of the longest in the world.

Madrid Airport serves, among other things, as the main connecting point for flights between Europe and Latin America, and is home to Iberia and Air Europa, as well as low-cost airlines led by Ryanair.
