Internet and wi-fi
Freewifi is available at 15-minute intervals through the KRK Free WiFi network.

You'll find a fairly wide selection of cafes, bars and bistros in the terminal. However, the classic large restaurant or the well-known fast-food is missing.

Shops
There are several duty free shops at the airport, as well as fashion and toy shops.
If you are looking for a grocery store for a quick little snack, you can use the following minimarkets or newsagents:
- 1 Minute - public area, 1st floor, open 4:00-22:00
- Relay - public area, ground floor, open 24/7

Drinking water
Fountains with cold drinking water, where you can pump water into your own bottle, can be found behind the security checkpoint. One drinking fountain is located near the FAST TRACK queue, the second drinking fountain is located near departure gate 10.
Travelling with children
Small children's play areas can be found in the public area and behind security. However, only the smallest children will have fun here.
In the transit area, erary strollers are available free of charge and of course there are also special baby changing rooms.
Smoking area
A ventilated smoking room is located at departure gate 1.
Viewing terrace
Aircraft enthusiasts can visit the observation deck in the public area of the airport, where they can see the entire airport area, including aircraft take-offs and landings.
Admission costs 2 pln and is open 24/7.
