The "A1 Airport Flyer" bus service is the only route connecting the airport with Bristol city centre.

It also stops at Temple Meads train station and terminates at Cannon Street main bus station.

The historic city of Bath is 19 miles from the airport and can be reached by the direct bus "A4 Air Decker".

Weston - A3 Airport Flyer

The popular resort of Weston-super-Mare, 14 miles from the airport, is accessible by the direct "A4 Airport Flyer" bus service.

Buses also stop en route at Worle, Congresbury and Cleeve.

Long-distance buses

National Express and Megabus buses run directly from the terminal to Cardiff, Newport or Plymouth. Ideally buy tickets as far in advance as possible on the company's website.

Car rental stations can be found about 1 km from the terminal, which can be reached by a free shuttle bus (runs every 10-15 minutes and stops right outside the terminal).

Taxi, Uber

The official airport taxis are operated by Arrow Cars. The counter where you order a car and get an indicative price is located in the arrivals hall.

However, the prices are very high and it is up to 2x cheaper to get to the centre via the Uber mobile app. It offers the following average prices:

By train

There is no train station at or near Bristol Airport.

The nearest major station, which has trains throughout the UK, is Bristol Temple Meads. This station can be reached by the A1 Airport Flyer bus without changing trains.
