SunExpress offers online check-in and check-in at the airport. While online check-in is always free, you will usually be charged for check-in at the airport.
Online check-in
You can check in online between 36 hours and 3 hours before your flight.
Check-in is available both online and via the SunExpress mobile app.
You don't need to print your boarding pass, just the QR code and ticket stored on your phone or tablet.
Check-in at the airport
There is a fee for check-in at the airport. It is only included in the ticket price for those travelling on a SunPremium fare or who have purchased SunPriority.
Airport check-in service, if applicable, can be purchased with your ticket for only 3 eur, or directly at the airport for a fee 5 eur.
If you are travelling with a travel agent, you must check whether the airport check-in fee is included in the tour price.
Check-in desks are open 2.5 hours before departure until 45 minutes before departure.
Selection of seats
There is always a charge for selecting a specific seat. Prices are graduated according to the attractiveness of the location and range from 5 eur to 15 eur.
If you do not pay for a seat, you will be assigned a random seat free of charge.
