Check-in desks open 4 hours before departure for long-haul flights from London, Dubai, Tokyo or Melbourne, and 3 hours before departure for shorter flights.
Check-in counters officially close 60 minutes before departure.

The most convenient way to check in online is 48 hours to 90 minutes before departure.
On your phone or computer, go to flyroyalbrunei.com/checkin, click Check-in and enter your last name and PNR code, which you'll find in your ticket booking email.
Check in any baggage for quick check-in at the counters marked as Baggage Drop-off or "Online Check-in".
Seat selection
The selection of a specific seat on the aircraft is charged according to the length of the flight.
The price ranges between 6 usd and 15 usd for a standard window or aisle seat.
If you do not choose a seat, you will be assigned a random seat free of charge. If you are travelling with more than one person, you will be seated next to each other.
