easyJet flights

easyJet

It's worth buying your easyJet tickets directly from easyjet.com. The lowest prices are usually available as soon as a new route or period goes on sale. Prices increase proportionately as departure approaches.

EasyJet doesn't have promotions, so the earlier you buy, the cheaper you fly.

Prices with easyJet are slightly higher compared to low cost competitors, on the other hand easyJet has better flight times and lands at main airports, not secondary airports further away.

Normally you will pay around 40 eur for a one way ticket. Children under 2 always pay 25 gbp without entitlement to their own seat.

Connecting flights

EasyJet allows you to add additional flights during the ticket purchase process to buy multiple flights at once. However, bookings are made separately and independently.

If you miss a connecting flight, you are not entitled to a replacement flight, customer service or a refund. These are non-guaranteed transfers.

However, EasyJet is a very pro-customer airline and will try to resolve most problems in your favour. So a replacement connection is often offered free of charge or for a Rescue Fee, but you can't enforce it.

Change of flight

EasyJet offers many ways to manage your booking. You can make most changes yourself in the Manage My Booking section of the airline's website.

Name errors

It happens to everyone that they sign up and spell their name wrong. In this case, you can always make a correction of up to 3 letters free of charge.

Along with correcting your name, you can also change your title or gender.

Earlier flight or flight to another airport

There are also flexible options for changing your flight. For a small fee, you can take an earlier flight on the same day to the same or another airport in the area. For example, instead of taking the afternoon flight Prague - London Stansted, you can take the morning flight Prague - London Gatwick.

Flight cancellation due to illness

In severe cases it is possible to cancel flights and get a voucher or full refund. EasyJet makes decisions based on the severity of the illness or accident and the inability to make the flight. Benevolence is determined by the airline and you must have a document completed by a doctor. For more information, visit easyjet.com/managing-your-booking.
