On long-haul flights, you'll always get a hot meal and snacks included in the price of your ticket, and on long-haul flights you can enjoy personal in-seat entertainment via in-seat screens. On flights within Europe, refreshments are only available for a fee.

You can book your favourite seat from 7 gbp on short haul flights and from 20 gbp on long haul flights. In the lowest economy basic class (no checked baggage), you cannot select a seat for free even when checking in online, you will only be assigned a random seat for free. If you are travelling with more than one person, the system will seat you next to each other.
