An interesting place for aviation fans is the formerly secret underground bunker at the former airport north of the city. It houses both indoor and outdoor displays of military and aviation technology on just under 100,000 square metres.

The bunker was built in the 1950s and is nestled 30 metres underground in the rock. During the Cold War, the bunker was considered one of the most highly classified defense facilities.

You can admire helicopters, Draken and Viggen fighter planes, but also civilian aircraft, engines and lots of other equipment.
