The small town of Badesi on the north-west coast is rapidly gaining popularity and more and more tourists are heading here. They are particularly attracted by one of the longest beaches in Sardinia. With more than 8 km of continuous layers of fine white sand and clear sea, it is simply impossible not to enjoy a holiday.

Although Badesi is a small resort, it offers all the necessary services from shops to a pharmacy, petrol stations and many accommodation options.

Beaches and swimming

The single beach stretches from Badesi through the even smaller resort of Pirotto Li Frati to Valledoria and measures almost 10km.

On the beach, you can rent sunbeds or umbrellas, take advantage of the many water activities and sports on offer, rent a kayak or pedalo and, of course, refresh yourself in one of the many beach bars.

The entrance to the water is gradual, but there are sometimes bigger waves due to the absence of any bay.

Thanks to the incredible length of the beach, you will always find plenty of privacy in Badesi.

Accommodation in Badesi

Badesi is becoming popular with Czech travel companies who offer tours directly here. Prices are normally around 586 eur per week including flights and transport.

However, you can easily stay on your own in Badesi in a large number of private apartments and classic hotels. Prices here tend to be more reasonable than in the rest of Sardinia and you can find accommodation even in high season for under 73 eur per night for 2. But for holidays you need to book months in advance!
